Updated Spatial Optimization metrics for Project Categories

Comfort and Presence scores should differ depending on the content of the experience.

A "Comfortable" experience can be different in the context of a VR relaxation app vs an active fitness app. This work item helps us set the first iteration of project categories and how we should adjust the calculation based on the intended content.
